Share Blueprints and Services with Tenants ?

Hello,

My goal is to create Blueprints, Services and Catalogs in the default Tenant environment, so I dont have to create them every time for a new Tenant. I created some Blueprints with the default Tenant, but when I tried to add them with a new Tenant (Tenant Test) the Blueprint is not displayed. Same goes for the Services.

Is there a way  to access Blueprints or Services between Tenants.
