Error on new request screen

Hi,

I have 2 blueprints, both to vcenter, 1 to clone, 1 basic vm. Catalog is setup and they appear fine in the service catalog. However when I click request either of them I get :

I have checked the groups, reservations etc and can't see any thing immediate, any body else come across this ?
