Let user choose VM name of thier own?

Hello ,

I am looking for possibilities to have End-user choose the name of the VM via Provisioning request form and before VM provisioning it should also check if the VM name is overlapping or not.

I do not have CDK since i heard it is possible via CDK.

Please guide me
