Display "IaaS capacity usage by group" portlet to a user

Hi,

We have vRA 7.2 and we want the users to be able to see how much resources are left in their Business Group before they provision VMs through the Catalog.

I've seen that there is a portlet that shows exactly this information and called "IaaS capacity usage by group", but it is available only to Business Group managers.

Basically what we want, is a way to tell the user that he doesn't have any more resources in his Business Groups before he provision a new VM and the request fails.

Is there a way to do this?
