Add EULA with accept check-box in the form

Hi,

I would like to add a license agreement to all forms of new VM request in vRA.

I noticed that I could do it with custom properties, but the issue is that there is no check whether the user accepted the EULA or not.

Basically what I need, is to present the user the license agreement on the first page of each VM request from the catalog, and only if he checks the "accept" check-box, it will allow him to click on Submit to submit the request.

Is it possible to do that without creating new XaaS blueprints?
