vra 6.2.1 internal vco vco stub runs twice?

Hi all,

we have a test environment with vco machine provisioning. vRA deployment works well together with internal vco stub.

After export/import the packages into another vRA 6.2.1 environment all vco stubs are working.

Unfortunatelly each stub runs twice. Second process starts about 1 minute after the regular started stub.

Now I'm searching the config in the IAAS server to fix that behavior. The vrA environment has already a lot of updates, started with vcac 5.2->6->6.01...6.2.1
