We have 3 vCAC environments prod, lab, and dev/test. I have all set to use external vCO servers. For some reason in my dev/test I am experiencing errors and I can't seem to pinpoint the root cause. I can successfully configure the external vCO (get the green text of a successful connection when I test the connection). When I go to further use/configure the advanced services however I get errors. I cannot configure and endpoint nor change the root folder and can't create any service items or actions. Looking at the logs hasn't revealed anything obvious to us at this point.
