Unable to connect external Orchestrator server

Hi everybody,

I setup a new vCAC 6 environment and wanted to connect my vCO instance to it.

The vCO instance is running on my vCenter 5.5 server.

When I try to connect vCO via IP adress or by its FQDN and basic authentication I get this error: Cannot connect to the Orchestrator server.

the vcenter server  and vco is running in an other vcenter, which is hosting the whole management instances. This one is not a compute resource in vCAC.

vCAC is able to communicate with this vCenter, I tested this by running the default provisionig services and they work without any problems.

I also tried to setup a new vco appliance in the vcenter, which is going to be managed by vCAC ( the lab environment).

Logging in with vco client works fine, I can access it from every server in that test environment.

So, I have no further ideas, actually it should just work.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this.

Thanks in advance
