How to manage all deployed machines

Hello.

I'm using vRA 7.6 for service.

I make a blueprint and provide it to the user, and the user only has 'user permission'. (deploy VM from blueprint, reconfigure deployed vm ... )

Is there any way to view and manage deployed VMs by users (business groups) I manage? (like the Managed machines tab)

For example, to change the value of a custom property for a deployed VM, I need to connect to that user account.

Please let me know how I can control a user-deployed VM!
