IaaS Infrastructure EndPoint / Fabric Group validation

I am in the process of setting the endpoints for vCenter.

I am not clear on how to figure out whether or not they are working correctly.

Specifically I do not understand how to populate the Compute Resource section of the Fabric Group.  It is currently blank and I do not see any drop downs or other way to select a compute group.

Am I supposed to define the compute group elsewhere?

I have already created an Endpoint.  (See attached image).  The endpoint is showing "There is no data to display."  Could this be because I have not entered my license key yet?  If it is not a license issue, where can I find the logs to help me troubleshoot why it is not returning data?

I found this error in the log ... This exception was caught: The attached endpoint 'ncidivc01.ncididev.local' cannot be found.   That is the end point name that I entered.  According to the documentation, the log is supposed to show the expected endpoint name.  What gives?

If you do not know the endpoint name provided to the vSphere agent, you can create the endpoint with a temporary name and then check Infrastructure > Monitoring > Log to determine the expected name.

For example, if the endpoint name provided to the agent is vCenter, the following message displays in the log:

This exception was caught: The attached endpoint 'vCenter' cannot be found.

You can then edit the endpoint to update the name.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
