Can not complete Customisation

Hey All,

     We have Windows 2003 imported as a template in vCAC 6.0.1 as a blueprint and we have a customization specification "Windows" which works successfully with the other window versions but throws an error Cannot complete Customization in vsphere when we try to deploy from Windows 2003. Has anyone faced this situation!!! Can anyone help us with this issue?!
