Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I realize over the past few weeks I've been posting a lot of questions that are pretty scattered when it comes to parts of the product. We have a small team working together on this project and naturally it generates a lot of questions.
I started working on testing the approval system. The idea in our case is that if a VM is requested with specs above a set threshold we would sent it through an approval process first. Also, we would like this to run a workflow. This workflow would generate an approval ticket in our ticketing system via the API (Team Dynamix).

The issue I am having is that when I create the approval and go to assign it to an Entitled Item, it's not listed? Is there an additional step I'm missing? Did I configure something incorrectly?
