Endpoint Conifguration

Hello I am configuring vCAC 6.0.1 and I am doing fabric configuration to consume resources.  I have done the steps below

1. I installed the vSphere Agent
2. I have added my user credentials to the vsphere.local tenant
3. I added my endpoint credentials

But when I go to configure endpoints it doesn't give me a place to add a new endpoint is there somewhere where I can modify my user settings to add endpoints?
