We recently transitioned from the original dynamic ops product to VMware vCAC 6.0. What my end users are missing is the ability to view the "recent events" tab due to the permissions we assigned them. By allowing them to view this tab they were able to communicate to me why the provisioning process failed. We cannot figure out how to allow them to see that view without providing them with admin rights. Also in 2.1 I had the ability to change to that user "support user" and view their recent events. How do I do this in vCAC 6.0.
