Using a property definition as the value on a custom property

I am using VMware.VirtualCenter.Folder as a field on my blueprint so the requester can select which folder they drop their VM's into.  I only have one tenant and can define VMware.VirtualCenter.Folder only once.  Since I need each of my business groups to access different folders in vCenter is there any way to declare the VMware.VirtualCenter.Folder custom property but use say VMware.VirtualCenter.Folder.placeholder (which is also a property definition) value as the value for VMware.VirtualCenter.Folder?  See below.
