vra 7.2 not able to integrate with AD

Hi team ,

I am trying to integrate vra7.2 to AD. I am using tenant admin to do this.

I have created a tenant admin and I am using active directory with windows authentication.

Bind user have administrator rights.

UPN= administrator@autonomics.local

Password-XXXXXXX

However , it is giving me internal server error everytime when i click save. However ,sometime I get this error without even integrating anything. Whenever I click directory it shoots internal server error.
