We want to use an external vCO server not the vCO server that comes embedded in the vCAC server. In fact we have some workflows that would need to be rewritten to support using the appliance as they are making some calls to local os commands on a full windows install of vCO. Looking at the vCO server that comes with vCAC I see a vCAC 6.0 plugin. I can't seem to locate one anywhere in the downloads area of vCAC. Am I missing something? How is one expected to take full advantage of an external vCO (driving vCAC with vCO workflows) and/or cluster the vCO server that comes with vCAC? Server availability is greyed out on the embedded vCO instance. I did RTFM already and didn't see any guidance but point me to the page if I overlooked something.
So I just logged into the vCAC server and pulled the .dar file for the 6.0 plugin form the embedded vCO instance and installed it as a plugin in my external 5.5 vCO system. Hopefully this is ok to do until it is actually posted as a download. I'll report back if I run into any issues.
