vRA 7.2 - Error and Warning messages in Infrastructure/Log

Environment:

vRA 7.2 (upgraded from 7.1), embedded vCO 7.2, simple install (1 vRA, 1 IaaS).

Seing messages:

Error:

Resource not found for the segment 'VirtualMachineExts'.

Warning:

Null child found in collectedObject ID XXX

There must be a KB or some easy fix to get it synced without messing in the IaaS db?

Any ideas? Purge vCO db? Inv collection dont help. Do something in vCenter?

I've seen similar in our 6.2 env in the past. Everything works fine tho, just spamming the log a lot.
