"out-of-the box" AD cleanup plugin not working in vRA 7

In vRA 7.0.1, we are using the AD cleanup plugin property set (Plugin.AdMachineCleanup.Execute - true, etc.,) in the property groups. It does not seem to work.

What am I missing here?
