Requested IN PROGRESS over hours

I'm getting the error below when requested a virtual machine from a vcenter blueprint:

[EventBrokerService] Failed resuming workflow.. State VMPSMasterWorkflow32.Requested(EVENT). Event VMPSMasterWorkflow32.Requested.EVENT.OnProvisionMachine

Event Queue operation failed with MessageQueueErrorCode QueueNotFound for queue '7d544c27-00e1-43ff-a3c0-e1926dd97750'.
