vRB 7.1 Business Unit Hierarchy CSV Export - multiple entries

I'm trying to map VM's to business units in vRB 7.1 - I get the current vCenter list in csv format by going to:

Business Management -> Pricing and Charges -> Business Unit Lists -> Edit -> Edit Business Hierarchy

The problem is the list contains a lot of triplicates. Specifically VM's that have moved from one DataCenter to another as part of a DC migration project over the last few months.

Is there a way to clear this all out and just have one entry per VM?
