Adding tooltip / reference text, on the side of the field, or to the right of Property Dictionary/Custom Properties in vRA7 blue print

Hello,

I am using vRA7 for my Blue Print. My BP has several custom properties. Now I would like to customize the catalog request in such a way that during timing of catalog request there would be some tooltip/reference text appears on the custom properties field. So that user can understand what exact values need to be entered in the property box.

There is another way to handle it by Xaas(form design) but I would like to know other alternative.
