I have created endpoint, fabric group, and business group for Amazon. When I run data collection it will successfully find the compute resources. For Amazon its shows the regions. When I try to create a reservation (on the 2nd tab) and select the compute resource the security groups and locations never populate. I have checked the logs for VCAC and VCO. I see the restcall made to amazon to get the data. It has a 200 response there arent any errors.
It also does not show the ssh key. I got around that by creating a SSH key in VRA and it automatically added it to amazon (It seems to prove its not a role or power user issue). It started showing up on the reservation page after the mapping. Although none of the other amazon natively created ones show up.
Confrimed the same behavior with openstack. Also confirmed with Vcenter the resource pools could not be found though the cluster and host show as compute resources.
I missed a log: There are errors:
CollectedDataImportService: Ignoring exception:
Error executing query usp_SelectManagementEndpoint
Inner Exception: Error executing query usp_SelectEntityProperties
DataBaseStatsService: ignoring exception:
Error executing query usp_SelectAgent
Inner Exception: Error executing query usp_SelectAgentCapabilities
