Dealing with Vm annotations in vra 6.2.3

Can someone advice me on the below queries ?

1) I wanted to use the name of the VMfolder to be used as function name in vcenter, where function name is the Annotation Field. I wanted this to be handled during the Vm provisioning using vRA.

2) Wanted to Capture the VM build date and time in the VM annotations  I wanted this to be handled during the Vm provisioning using vRA.
