GUI Administrator Exception

Hello,

I am getting bellow error message while clicking on license Info tab under vCAC Administrator

Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. Inner Exception: An error occurred while processing this request.

i tried with other User ID to check License info which works fine but what wonders me and make me eager to fix this issue is both Users has same access level and permissions.
