Workflow 'vSphereVCNSInventory' failed with the following exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Having an issue with the data collection in vRA 7.01, wth NSX 6.2.2, and vRO NSX Plugin version 1.0.3.  The DC request fails with the following error:  Workflow 'vSphereVCNSInventory' failed with the following exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.  I also see the following in the vRO server.log :
