ASD workflow / action to add users as local admin to server(s) via vRA

Hi guys,

I'm trying to publish a service / ASD action where certain folk can sign into vRA and add user(s) as local admins on server(s). I've tried to research some content and tried to make use of certain actions within vRO but with no luck. Has anyone come across something like this or could you perhaps guide me in the right direction to achieve this?
