With vRA 7, how to provision vOS to Hyper-V directly without the SCVMM

With vRA 7, is there any good way to provision virtual machine to Hyper-V directly without the SCVMM?

Under multi-hypervisor environment including ESXi and Hyper-V, I would like to check whether or not the SCVMM is the cause of problem.
