Deploy blueprint from a library or similar from another tenant

Hello,

I am trying to make a blueprint library for the Tenants which I will expose to them, in order to consolidate them.

For example a blueprint with a basic Windows template located in the default tenant, which could be called through a XaaS BP from an another tenant B.

I am aware we can hide a BP in a different Business Group in the same tenant, but I am not sure I can call it from another tenant B, and have the VM in the tenant B.

Would any of you have tried to make something similar ?

Would this be this be doable ?

I may be in the wrong direction with this.
