vRA 7.0.1 IAAS-SERVICE not registered and 401 Unauthorized

Hello all,

I'm facing a popular issue but can't solve it by following other's solution.

After installing vRA 7.0.1 (Fresh install) i'm seeing that iaas-service is not registred and is showing blank status. So after making some research i followed steps that register the IAAS and the certificate but without success.

I'm also having a REPO404 Error when checking this URL ( https://IAAS-FQDN/vCAC ) after updating the IAAS certificate.

Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue.
