Add vCloud Air Endpoint to vRealize Automation 7.01

Hi, i'm trying to add a vcloud air Endpoint to vRealize Automation 7.01

i've put in the datacenter url of U.K and the credentails (user email and password for vcloud air)

i've started the data collection

but i see no information whatsoever about the environment, no compute resources

are there additional configuration steps that need to be done on the IAAS server?
