create dropdown list for VLAN selection

Hi,

I have VRA 7 and i'm trying to build Vlan selection.

There is some business group and every business group member have access to specific Vlans.

I want to create  dropdown  list for the members, but the trick is that every member need to see only their Vlan (config on reservation).

any suggestion?
