Form Blueprints takes too long to load (504 Error)

Hi,

I have been working on vRA 6.2 distributed architecture. We are using 2 vRA Appliances, 2 Web Server and 2 DEM Servers using F5 Load Balancers for every services.

Lately, we have found the VM blueprint form at the catalog takes more than 2 minutes to load, it used to send an error 504 but now we changed a timeout to make sure the form was going to load successfully even thought sometimes it takes a lot of time.

I have been checking everything but I still cannot find any error or failure at the infrastructure, everything is working just fine.

I wish you could help me to track the error.
