vRealize Business Management pricing policy API

Helo,

Is there a public API that would allow creating and modifying pricing policies in vRealize Business? I am looking at documentation vRealize Business Standard 7.0 Documentation Center and it seems there is only API for reports but no other.

Any suggestions or hints?
