Error in Installing vCAC-DEM 5.2 Installation

Hi, I am getting the following error while installing the DEM 5.2 version. "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on send". Has anyone encountered this? Would be of immense help if I get some tips with this error. I am also attaching the screen shot.
