Blueprint Tab doesnt show up in vrealize Automation 7.0

I  installed vRealize Automation 7.0 from an OVF template and used the minimal deployment guide to install the IAAS and configure it

so far so good

I've Created Fabric groups, Reservations, Business group all using the default tenant

I've also assigned users to the tenant ,iaas and fabric group administrator roles.

i've created vpshere agents and data collection works fine.

but for some strange reason i cannot see the blueprint tab under Infrastructure

i tried logging in with almost every role available (Tenant admin, Fabric admin, Vcenter SSO login..)

the release notes of version 7  state  that a makeover has been applied to the blueprint authoring option.

so is it a misconfiguration on my part or did VMware change the blueprint creation process in version 7?
