Appropriate order for the operation between the vCenter and vRA

Hi,

I'm worryed about if there is any appropriate order for the operation between the vCenter and vRA as follows:

If the following operation runs, what will happen? First of all, do we allow to run this operation?

1. The vRA reserves some resource of ESXi cluster and then;
2. The vCenter changes the configuration of ESXi cluster.

Of course It's appropriate that we release the reserved resourced before changing the configuration of ESXi cluster.
