Do we have any software load balancer other than NSX and VCNS which can integrate with VRO and provision LB's

I have already shooted couple of emails to software load balancer vendors and I don't need REST API's implementation which is there in F5 .

What I really looking is  a SOFTWARE LOAD BALANCER (NOT complete SDN as NSX, which is a robust product) which can integrate with VRO and can work with VRA.
