Change Component Machine to another service

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to move a component machine from 1 Multi-Machine Service to another?

I'm also trying to figure out if it's possible to import a vm (ie, bring vm in as a managed vm) to vRA as a multi machine into an existing MM Service

or how to import a vm directly to an existing MM service?
