We're upgrading from vCAC 6.1.1 to vRA 6.2.3 (distributed deployment). All of the upgrades have gone successfully, except for our very last machine, which is an Agent / DEM Worker. The installation appears to complete successfully (the installer reports an exit code of 0 for both the DEM and the Agent installation). However, the final step is to start the services. The Agent service starts and then immediately stops. This causes the installer to report the entire installation as a failure (even though all of the installations completed successfully).
As this is a distributed, highly-available deployment, there is a twin system correlating with this one (another Agent / DEM Worker). The twin is not experiencing this problem.
Here's the error we're getting when trying to start the Agent service:
