vRA blueprint troubles. CloneVM : Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

Current Setup

vRA is installed and an endpoint to my vCenter instance is setup.  I also have one test Fabric Group, one Business Group, and a Reservation for that business group.  Also, I have created a single blueprint which clones a vCenter template.

Problem

Upon performing a request on the blueprint, the request fails with the error: CloneVM : Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source

I have no idea what this means or how to solve it.  I've tried using a different template but I still get the same error.
