Description Field - making it mandatory

Apologies if this has been asked before but is there any way to make the description field mandatory when deploying a new VM via vRA? The reason being we use the notes field when creating a VM from within vCenter and would like to do the same when our users are deploying a new VM but make it a mandatory field.
