How to reclaim resources from Java SDK?

I am trying to figure out how to stop a VM and reclaim the resources through vRealize Automation Java SDK. The way our stuff works is when someone starts a process then based on the load machines are brought up and once the process is done then we need to bring down the machine and release the resources so another process can use it. Different processes might use different machine sizes.
