I put together a lengthy document and submitted a support request to get assistance with the following non-functioning use cases:
USE CASES (in order of operational importance)
- Run Resource Actions against Any Café Catalog Resource through vRO workflow. (missing ConsumerResourceOperations in plugin inventory)
- Change Ownership of Any Café Catalog Resource through vRO workflow. (owner is read-only on CatalogResource object)
- Request a vCACCAFE:CatalogItem to be run programmatically. (Broken object on Library workflow "Request a catalog item"? CatalogItem missing in library. AdminCatalogItem is correct in our environment)
We are either unable to perform the actions due to product defects, environment configuration, or lack of understanding. Nonetheless, when I get resolution... I will let you guys know.
