Failed to provision vm with SCVMM blueprint

Hi, experts

I have setup SCVMM environment to provision hyper-v VM, but it failed when I request a hyper vm through vcac's catalog.

In SCVMM, vm has been created successfully and soon deleted by SCVMM, and in vCAC an error occured "Workflow ScvmmCloneVM failed with the following exception: not found".

I have any idea for this issue, and could you help me?
