API REST manage network profile ip allocation

I was able to list and create Network Profiles via API REST executing a GET or POST to the following URL:

https://$host/iaas-proxy-provider/api/network/profiles

¿Is there any way to allocate or release ip addresses from those network profiles with the API REST?
