In ITBM Reference Database Manual Updation is possible with these steps;-
1. Generate a zip file > Export it
2. Send this exported file to VMware Tech Support Team > They will update it and share it with Customer
3. Download this file from the customer end > then customer will import it in ITBM
My question is what kind of update vmware tech support team can only do in this that can't be possible with auto update?
