Allocation or Utilization based cost model ?

Hello folks,

In vCAC we have options to define cost values per VM, also there's no current integration set up with VMware Charge back product either.

I was wondering if vCAC supports utilization based costing options? As in based on a user using up resources for a few hours, can we track this in vCAC?

Also can the granularity be in hours or even minutes?
