Hi guys,
browsing the new features of the advanced service designer in 6.1 and 6.2 I'm missing some features which are present in the release notes and / or blog posts.
- 6.2 release logs say
- Support for complex and interactive forms for resource actions
- Populates form controls with data from external systems.
digging around the net I found a blog post that makes the new features more clear: vRealize Automation vCAC 6.2 GA What's New
Quote "..able to invoke a vCO action from the item form, when the form is displayed to the user..".
Now that's a great new feature, but I'm unable to find the configuration for it within vRA's ASD. Could you point me to it?
- Also, the same blog sais the following on the 6.1 release (vCloud Automation Center 6.1 GA - Whats New?): Quote "ability to show output to the users from an ASD Day 2 operation"
I was not able to find that feature officially listed within the release notes of 6.1 but I'm so exited about it that I want to belive it's true... Then again: I'm not able to find the relevant configuration within ASD. Any hints?
