I've been reading some about the MSDTC connection issues after upgrading to 6.1. I've set up msdtc properties as described by several articles and have rebooted. I'm having the same issues. Our enterprise environment is heavily firewalled. Are these msdtc connections new for 6.1? If so we're probably missing the firewall rules.
Does anyone know what the new rules would be? We have two vm's: One is the iis web and model manager and the other is the iaas/vcac/everything else server. We also have a shared sql database cluster that is hosting the vcac/iaas sql database.
